This course provides a very sharp and succinct perspective in the realm of strategy. The word strategy is overly broad and there are thousands of courses on strategy. This course aims to exclude the fluff and provide a clear understanding on how to develop strategy from various organisational perspectives eg. government organisation, commercial organisation. While capturing some of the core theoretical aspects of strategy, the course dives into the practical world and provides examples to reflect the ideas. There are some exercise files, articles and strategy building tool to further assist the learners to become an expert in strategy formulation.
